Tropical balls with Dimes Mixed Fruit

 

Ingredients:


-Around 50 g of coconut flakes (3 tablespoons)
-1½ pack of grinded petit beurre biscuits
-2 tablespoons of cocoa
-1 pack of vanilla
-125 g of margarine (melted)
-3 tablespoons of icing sugar
-1 bottle of your selection of Dimes Mixed Fruit Juice (200ml)
-1 glass of large crushed hazelnuts

Preparation:


Mix all ingredients (except the coconut flakes) well and knead by hand. If the mixture sticks to your hands too much, add more grinded petite beurre biscuits. Break off walnut sized pieces from the mixture and round them. Dip into the coconut flakes and leave in fridge until serving.
