Dimes Apricot Tiramisu



-1 cup of Dimes Apricot Nectar
-1 package of labne cheese
-1 package of baby biscuits
-3 egg whites
-1 tablespoon instant coffee
-2 tablespoons sugar

For the sauce:

-1 egg yolk
-1 package of whipped cream
-1/4 cup of Dimes Apricot Nectar or Dimes Orange Juice (100%)
-Cocoa (to sprinkle on)


Put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in a bowl and add 1 cup of Dimes Apricot Nectar. Dip the baby biscuits into this mixture and wait to soften then pour to single serving cups or bowls. In a separate bowl mix 1 egg yolk, 1 pack of whipped cream and ¼ cup of Dimes Apricot Nectar or Dimes Orange Juice (100%). When it reaches a thick consistency add the 1 package of labne cheese and mix well. In a separate place whip 3 egg whites with the addition of a little salt until hardens. When the egg yolk hardens like snow add the cream in the other bowl. Stir a few times and spread on the biscuits in the cups. Again put 1 layer of dunked baby biscuits on top of the cream, fill plenty of cream on top and level. Sprinkle cocoa on the cups. Decorate with fruit and keep in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
