Tomato Sauce with Dimes Tomato



- 250 ml. (¼ cup) Dimes Pure Tomato Juice
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- A few stems of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.


After melting the margarine in a pan, add flour and fry until its colour changes slightly. Add 3 tea glasses of Dimes Pure Tomato Juice and continue boiling on a high heat. Add the garlic, oregano and paprika to the mixture. After boiling for a further 15 minutes, scatter the chopped parsley very finely. Serve this sauce by pouring on pasta.
