Creme Caramel with Peach


Ingredients (for 6 servings):

-500 ml. of Dimes Ciftlik Yolu Milk
-2 cups of Dimes Peach Nectar
-3 eggs-100 g brown sugar
-150 g granulated sugar
-30 g corn starch


Pour the Dimes Ciftlik Yolu Milk, Dimes Peach Nectar, eggs, corn starch and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and whisk the mixture with a mixer until the sugar dissolves completely. Pour the mixture into a small pan and cook over a low heat, mixing with a wooden spoon until it reaches the thickness of custard. Put granulated sugar into a Teflon or non-stick pan and cook and stir until it caramelizes. Pour it into the bowls previously dampened with water. Pour the custard you prepared into serving dishes. Leave them to cool in the fridge. Before serving, place a flat plate on the top of the bowls. Turn the crème caramel with peach upside down and serve it on the plate.
